Service Scope
Services include but are not limited to: API architecture, performance engineering, database design, cross-platform development, DevOps, security auditing, CMS integration, and analytics implementation as described in service agreements. |

Project Terms
All projects require a signed Statement of Work (SOW) specifying scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect timeline and pricing. |

Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. Work may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days. |

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client receives ownership of all custom code and deliverables. codedstructuregroup retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools used in development. |

Warranties
codedstructuregroup warrants services will be performed professionally. We provide 30-day bug fix support post-delivery. No warranty is provided for third-party integrations or client-modified code. |

Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. codedstructuregroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. |

Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, client pays for all work completed to date. Non-refundable deposits are applied to completed milestones. |

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for services not yet rendered. Work in progress and completed milestones are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to completed work and are non-refundable once work begins. |

Service Cancellation
Services may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund if no work has commenced. After 48 hours or once work begins, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones. |

Quality Guarantee
If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work, we will rectify issues at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery. |

Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference number. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. |
| Art. 5 |
Exceptions
No refunds are provided for: custom domain registrations, third-party license fees already purchased, work completed per approved milestones, or services delivered as specified in the Statement of Work. |

Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Bilbao, Spain, in accordance with Spanish law. |
